Our comprehensive program is taught by experienced instructors and covers all aspects of yoga, including philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and more.

Our online program allows you to learn from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling to fit your busy lifestyle. You’ll have access to live classes, as well as recorded sessions to review at your own pace. And with our supportive online community, you’ll be able to connect with like-minded individuals from around the world.

Throughout the course, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your personal practice and develop the skills needed to become a confident and knowledgeable yoga teacher. You’ll receive individualized feedback and guidance from our experienced instructors, and you’ll have the chance to practice teaching in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Upon completion of the course, you’ll receive a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance, which will enable you to share your passion for yoga with others and teach in studios, gyms, and other settings.
