At Omkar Yoga Shala, we understand that the food we consume plays an essential role in our overall health and well-being. That’s why we take great care in providing our students with nourishing, wholesome, and delicious meals during their stay with us.
Our meals are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and are designed to support our students’ yoga practice. We offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options that are both nutritious and flavorful. Our menu includes a range of dishes, including salads, soups, grains, legumes, and vegetables.

Omkar Yoga Shala is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga school located in Rishikesh, India, offering 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour yoga teacher training programs. These programs cover traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga styles, as well as meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy. The school provides accommodation and meals for students, and graduates receive internationally recognized yoga teacher certifications.
