I truly had a great experience. Inspite of the classes being online the connection with students is well established and respected. One can feel free to ask questions and there is no restriction there. The teachers will guide you through asanas and breathing techniques through out and by the end of the course you will only feel keener to learn more. I want to thank prakash ji and Mohan ji especially for their guidance. I'm starting my yoga journey after learning from very good gurus. 🙏
